exception.cc: Don't #include "exception".

* exception.cc: Don't #include "exception".
(_Jv_eh_alloc): Call abort (), not terminate (), if malloc fails.

* Makefile.am (libgcj_la_LDFLAGS): Link in libsupc++.
* Makefile.in: Updated.
