* somsolib.c (som_solib_add): A megabyte is 1024*1024 bytes.
* pa64solib.c (add_to_solist): Ditto.
* win32-nat.c (_initialize_inftarg): Remove unnecessary
initialization of auto_solib_add, it defaults to 1.
