alpha.md (UNSPEC_SIBCALL): New.

        * config/alpha/alpha.md (UNSPEC_SIBCALL): New.
        (sibcall, sibcall_value, sibcall_osf_1_er, sibcall_osf_1): Use it.
        (sibcall_value_osf_1_er, sibcall_value_osf_1): Likewise.
