[GOLD] PR26936 test

Fails if you configure with --disable-x86-used-note.  Fix that.

* testsuite/Makefile.am (pr26936a.o): Pass -mx86-used-note=yes.
(pr26936b.o, pr26936c.o, pr26936d.o): Likewise.
* testsuite/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
