General editing pass.  Highlights:
Update stuff on option flags, full text, mention -help;
Better localization of target-specific stuff;
introduce 'path' command and discussion of exec path as opp src path;
document which commands don't repeat w RTN;
update and improve several examples, eg deleting (...)
Throughout: attempts to clarify etc.
