asan_test.C: Remove -Wno-format, add -Wno-c++1z-compat.

* g++.dg/asan/asan_test.C: Remove -Wno-format, add
-Wno-c++1z-compat.
* g++.dg/asan/dejagnu-gtest.h (EXPECT_TRUE): Use "%s" format
string in case condition contains % characters.
