i386.md (ssemodesuffix): Remove V8SI mode.

* config/i386/i386.md (ssemodesuffix): Remove V8SI mode.
* config/i386/sse.md (castmode): New mode attribute.
(avx_<castmode><avxsizesuffix>_<castmode>): Rename from
avx_<ssemodesuffix><avxsizesuffix>_<ssemodesuffix>.
