gengtype-lex.l: Remove all rules and states relating to yacc input files.

* gengtype-lex.l: Remove all rules and states relating to yacc
input files.
* gengtype-yacc.y: Similarly.
* gengtype.c (note_yacc_type): Delete function.
* gengtype.h: Update prototypes.
