* mpw-config.in: Calculate underscore and put into makefile
fragment, generate config.h.
* mpw-make.sed: New file, sed commands to edit Unix makefile
into MPW syntax.
* mpw-make.in: Remove.
* mac-binutils.r: New file, Mac resources.
