(_Temporary_buffer(_FwdIte, size_type)): ...this, new.
* include/ext/memory (temporary_buffer<>(_FwdIte, _FwdIte)): Adapt.
* include/bits/stl_algo.h (__stable_partition): Adapt.
(__inplace_merge): Adapt.
(__stable_sort): Adapt.
