Refactoring sese.h and graphite-poly.h

Refactoring sese.h and graphite-poly.h

Rename scop->region to scop->scop_info
Removed conversion constructors for sese_l and dr_info.
Removed macros.

No functional changed intended. Passes regtest and bootstrap.
