function.h (struct function): Add x_dont_save_pending_sizes_p.

* function.h (struct function): Add x_dont_save_pending_sizes_p.
* stor-layout.c (variable_size): Don't add sizes to the pending
sizes list if x_dont_save_pending_sizes_p is set.
