t-sparclite (MULTILIB_*): Delete msoft-float and mno-flat, they're the defaults.

* sparc/t-sparclite (MULTILIB_*): Delete msoft-float and mno-flat,
they're the defaults.  Add -mcpu=f934 as synonym for -mfpu.
