Delete obsolete DWARF1 references.

gcc/
* common.opt (use_gnu_debug_info_extensions): Delete DWARF_DEBUG from
comment.
* config/vx-common.h (DWARF_DEBUGGING_INFO): Delete undef.
* doc/tm.texi.in (PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE): Delete DWARF_DEBUG
reference.
* doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
