[ARM] Skip private symbol when doing objdump

    * arm-dis.c (arm_symbol_is_valid): Skip ARM private symbols.

  binutils/testsuite/
    * binutils-all/arm/rvct_symbol.s: New testcase.
    * binutils-all/arm/objdump.exp: Run it.
