package/openal: bump version to 1.18.0

Patches 0001 to 0004 were upstream backports, so they have been
dropped. Patch 0005 has been upstreamed as commit
https://github.com/kcat/openal-soft/commit/af5fb3d6e73ac5e7f015011974c7a7443ae6744b. Therefore,
all 5 patches are dropped.
