install.texi (sparc-sun-solaris*): Add in 4.x assembler bug information.

* doc/install.texi (sparc-sun-solaris*): Add in 4.x assembler bug
information.   Move rest into ...
(*-*-solaris): ... here.  Eliminate redundant information and
reword necessary packages section.  Delete 4.x assembler bug info.
(sparc-sun-*): Merge into ...
(sparc-sun-sunos*): here.
