[libiberty] Use pipe inside pex_run

* configure.ac (checkfuncs): Add pipe2.
* config.in, configure: Rebuilt.
* pex-unix.c (pex_unix_exec_child): Comminicate errors from child
to parent with a pipe, when possible.
