xtensa: remove a sentinal

* config/tc-xtensa.c (xtensa_elf_suffix): Use ARRAY_SIZE instead of a
sentinal element.
(map_suffix_reloc_to_operator): Likewise.
(map_operator_to_reloc): Likewise.
