gcc/

* config/arm/cortex-a57.md: New.
* config/aarch64/aarch64.md: Include it.
* config/aarch64/aarch64-cores.def (cortex-a57): Tune for it.
* config/aarch64/aarch64-tune.md: Regenerate.
