[Ada] Minor tweaks for Repinfo

gcc/ada/

* gnat1drv.adb: Remove use clause for Repinfo.
(Gnat1drv): Beef up comment about the interplay between -gnatc and
back-end annotations.  Use full qualified name for List_Rep_Info.
