* tc-arm.c ((do_ldst): Fix handling an immediate expression pseudo
op that can be translated into a mvn instruction.

* gas/arm/ldconst.s gas/arm/ldconst.d: New files.  Test ldr with
immediate pseudo-operations.
* gas/arm/arm.exp: Run it.
