* gdb.texinfo (C Preprocessor Macros): New chapter.
Include it in the main menu.
(Contributors): Credit Jim Blandy with macro support.
(Compilation): Explain how to get macro information into the
executable.
(Expressions): Note that preprocessor macros are expanded.
