alpha.h (UNITS_PER_SIMD_WORD): New.

        * config/alpha/alpha.h (UNITS_PER_SIMD_WORD): New.
        * config/alpha/alpha.c (alpha_vector_mode_supported_p): Don't depend
        on TARGET_MAX.
        (alpha_expand_mov): Allow unaligned vectors.
        (alpha_expand_unaligned_store): Use CONST0_RTX.
        (TARGET_VECTORIZE_MISALIGNED_MEM_OK): New.
