* tree.h (TYPE_IS_SIZETYPE): Add more documentation.

* typeck.c (c_sizeof): Return an expression of `size_t' type,
not one with TYPE_IS_SIZETYPE set.
(dubious_conversion_warnings): Remove special-case code.
