sparc.h (INITIAL_FRAME_POINTER_OFFSET): Remove.

* config/sparc/sparc.h (INITIAL_FRAME_POINTER_OFFSET): Remove.
(ELIMINABLE_REGS): Add sfp->sp.
(INITIAL_ELIMINATION_OFFSET): Compute sfp->sp offset too.
