* ld-elf/elf.exp: Save and restore LDFLAGS.
* ld-scripts/default-script.exp: Likewise.
* ld-scripts/empty-orphan.exp: Likewise, and add to LDFLAGS rather
than replacing.
* ld-scripts/include.exp: Set --local-store for SPU.
