        * configure.in:  (arm*-*-ecos-elf):  New target.
        * configure:  Regenerated.
        * config/arm/elf.h (ASM_WEAKEN_LABEL):  Define.
        * config/arm/ecos-elf.h:  New file.
        * config/arm/unknown-elf.h (TARGET_VERSION):  Check
        for redefinition.
