Remove last traces of gdb_stat.h.

This file no longer exists.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * Makefile.in (HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove "common/gdb_stat.h".
        * ctf.c (ctf_start): Remove obsolete comment.
