Add sparc integer multiply-add instructions.

* sparc-opc.c (sparc_opcodes): Add integer multiply-add
instructions.

gas/testsuite/

* gas/sparc/ima.d: New test.
* gas/sparc/ima.s: New test source.
* gas/sparc/sparc.exp: Run new test.
