mips.c (mips_asan_shadow_offset): New function.

* config/mips/mips.c (mips_asan_shadow_offset): New function.
(TARGET_ASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET): Define.
* config/mips/mips.h (FRAME_GROWS_DOWNWARD): Augment to also be
true for -fsanitize=address.
