gdb: remove dw2_get_file_names_reader's info_ptr parameter

I noticed that this parameter was unused, remove it.

gdb/ChangeLog:

* dwarf2/read.c (dw2_get_file_names_reader): Remove info_ptr
parameter, adjust caller.
