Remove CALLER_SAVE_PROFITABLE since it is not used at present.

* system.h (CALLER_SAVE_PROFITABLE): Poison.
* regs.h (CALLER_SAVE_PROFITABLE): Remove.
* doc/tm.texi.in (CALLER_SAVE_PROFITABLE): Remove.
* doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
