* config/mips/vxworks.h (DBX_REGISTER_NUMBER): Undefine.
* config.gcc (mips64*-*-linux* | mipsisa64*-*-linux*,
mips*-*-linux*, mips-wrs-vxworks): Don't use svr4.h.
