        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/natVMVirtualMachine.cc (DEFINE_CALLBACK):
        New macro.
        (ENABLE_EVENT): New macro.
        (initialize): Define and enable JVMTI VM_INIT callback.
        (jdwpVMInitCB): New function.
