* parse.y (named_complex_class_head_sans_basetype): Add new
reduction.
* Make-lang.in (parse.c): Adjust expected conflict count.
testsuite:
* g++.dg/other/scope1.C: New test.
* g++.dg/template/explicit-instantiation.C: Remove XFAIL
