* elf32-xtensa.c (elf_xtensa_make_sym_local): Delete.
(elf_xtensa_hide_symbol, elf_backend_hide_symbol): Delete.
(elf_xtensa_fix_refcounts, elf_xtensa_allocate_plt_size)
(elf_xtensa_allocate_got_size): Replace these with...
(elf_xtensa_allocate_dynrelocs): ...this new function.
(elf_xtensa_size_dynamic_sections): Use it.
