[Ada] Use alternate stack for signal handling on PowerPC/Linux

gcc/ada/

* Makefile.rtl (PowerPC/Linux): Use s-taspri__posix.ads instead
of s-taspri__posix-noaltstack.ads for s-taspri.ads.
