LITERAL_ZERO_P obsoleted by delayed folding.

* cp-tree.h (LITERAL_ZERO_P): Remove.
* parser.c (cp_parser_postfix_expression, literal_zeros)
(cp_parser_parenthesized_expression_list): Don't mess with it.
