som.h (ASM_OUTPUT_EXTERNAL): Improve formatting.

* som.h (ASM_OUTPUT_EXTERNAL): Improve formatting.
(ASM_OUTPUT_EXTERNAL_LIBCALL): Only generate a .IMPORT statement for
the libcall if there isn't a referenced identifier for the symbol.
