[PATCH, rs6000] Fix expected error output for test case.
r264355 removed some spelling suggestions including for "bool" as used
in this test case.
Bootstrapped and tested on powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu and
powerpc64be-unknown-linux-gnu with no regressions. Is this ok for trunk?
