	* Makefile.in (C_PRAGMA_H): New variable to track dependencies
	of c-pragma.h.
	* c-pragma.h (c_lex, c_lex_with_flags): Change returntype to
	enum cpp_ttype.
	* c-lex.c: Likewise.
