* Makefile.in (nlm): Remove target.
* configure.tgt (i[34567]86-*-netware*): Do not set build_nlm.
* configure.ac: Remove AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS of nlm.
* configure: Regenerate.
* doc/gdb.texinfo: Remove gdbserve.nlm documentation.
* nlm: Remove directory.
