unwind-dw2.c: Include sys/sdt.h if it exists.

* unwind-dw2.c: Include sys/sdt.h if it exists.
(_Unwind_DebugHook): Use STAP_PROBE2.
* config.in, configure: Rebuild.
* configure.ac: Check for sys/sdt.h.
