* configure.in: Remove UI_OUT configuration code.
* ada-lang.c: Update assuming UI_OUT is always true.
* Makefile.in (UIOUT_CFLAGS): Remove.
* configure: Regenerated.
* TODO: Remove blurb about elimination of -DUI_OUT.
