go: Fix -fgo-embedcfg= option description.

Description of options should be . terminated, the:
FAIL: compiler driver --help=go option(s): "^ +-.*[^:.]$" absent from output: "  -fgo-embedcfg=<file>        List embedded files via go:embed"
test even reports that.
