(LINK_SPEC): Pass -shared through; don't
        pass -init __main if -shared.
        (STARTFILE_SPEC): Wrap startfiles in %{!shared:}.
        (INIT_NAME_FORMAT): Define.
        (FINI_NAME_FORMAT): Define.
