Don't link FreeBSD tests with -ldl.

    * ld-elf/shared.exp: Introduce the extralibs variable to control
    the libraries to be linked. Don't link -ldl on *-*-freebsd*.

    * ld-bootstrap/bootstrap.exp: Do not add -ldl to the extralibs on
    *-*-freebsd*.
