* symbols.c (symbol_new) [BFD_ASSEMBLER]: Don't permit additions to the symbol
table if it's already been set in the output bfd.
(symbol_begin) [! EMIT_SECTION_SYMBOLS] [RELOC_REQUIRES_SYMBOL]: Don't use
bfd_abs_section.symbol for gas absolute symbol.
