* infrun.c (singlestep_pc): New variable.
(resume): Set singlestep_pc.
(context_switch): Add a debugging message.  Flush the frame cache.
(handle_inferior_event): Add debugging messages.  Handle thread
hops when a software single step has completed.  Let context_switch
handle flushing the frame cache.
